Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as bedding or sheets that have been opened or used. Please make sure to check your items carefully upon delivery to ensure that they meet your expectations.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item once it arrives following our return policy.
